Thanks again to all the presenters at Ignite Raleigh for subjecting themselves to the harsh conditions of the Ignite requirements. 5 minutes. 20 slides. And autoadvancing slides every 15 seconds. And if you go over time in Raleigh, you get RickRolled. We only had one presenter get RickRolled, but there were rumors that it was intentional, since no one went over all night and Zach wanted to dance.
There were some great ideas shared and we hope that you were inspired by them. Some of things we are thinking about are nap time at work, building a business with Lego, giant acorns, stick figures, rollergirls, WWJT? and why anyone would put mayonnaise in barbecue. Seriously, if you were inspired to action last night, below are the list of speakers and their presentation topics. We have included their Twitter IDs so you can follow them, and follow up with them if something they said struck a chord with you.
We are working on editing the videos of each presentation, so follow this blog for information as they come on line. You are following @IgniteRaleigh on Twitter too, right? And finally, if you are one of the presenters, and you have posted your presentation online, send us the link via Twitter and we will add it to this post.
In the meantime, watch this fantabulous video montage of the speakers (and Rhett and Link) from @GinnySkal of 30Threads. Thanks Ginny!
Thanks again to all involved and we look forward to the next Ignite.
