We’re looking for sponsors to make our second Ignite Raleigh event a success. Ignite Raleigh showcases the amazing diverse talents and interests of Raleigh, NC and the Triangle at large. It is organized entirely by unpaid volunteers and our sponsors truly make this event possible. Sponsorships go to covering costs to produce the event.
We love our sponsors and do our best to promote them throughout the event as well on on our website. Sponsor logos are projected on the screen before and after the event and well as during intermissions and we’ll play your video during the event as well. We also would like to have donations for door prizes and will negotiate this to be included in the sponsorship level of your choice. If you have brochures or schwag you’d like to distribute we’ll have a place to set up for that as well. Our second Ignite Raleigh event is on March 3rd 2010 and attendance is expected to be well over 600 people. We had approximately 560 in attendance at Ignite Raleigh 1 in August 2009.

How to Sponsor?
1. Let us know what level of sponsorship you would like by contacting us at contact@igniteraleigh.com or call 980-939-8956 .
2. Send us a large, high-resolution logo (.eps is best) we can display on our website and project at the event.
3. We prefer payment by check.
A few FAQ’s:
Can sponsors give away promotional items or product samples during the event? In most cases, yes. We’ll have a table set up to display sponsors’ printed materials. Feel free to give away branded t-shirts, cups and other schwag during the event.
How about ‘in-kind’ sponsorships? Sometimes we do these if it’s a good fit. Drop us a line and let us know what you have in mind.
What are your requirements on the sponsor videos? 30 seconds long, any standard video format will do. The content is entirely up to you. They’re will be due 7 days before the event.
